What methods of payment and delivery of goods do we offer?

Payment methods
We offer the following payment types:

Payment by bank transfer in advance: you will receive the payment details by email within a few minutes of your order confirmation. Make the payment within 5 working days at the latest. If we do not receive payment for the goods within this period, we will send a notification by email (or SMS or even by phone). If we subsequently do not receive payment or clear information about the sent payment, we cancel the reservation of the goods.
Payment is free of charge from our side.

Pay by card: you pay with your credit or debit card as the last step of ordering. You are redirected to secure ComGate pages, we will not receive any information about your payment card. If the payment fails, please contact us, we can send either a new invitation to pay by card or documents for payment by transfer (see above).Payment is free of charge.
Online payments for us are handled by the ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.

Card payment is the fastest way to pay online. In the ComGate payment gateway interface, you enter the card number, expiration date and CVC code - the three numbers found in the signature strip on the back of the card. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard, so you will probably be asked to enter a numerical code that you will receive by SMS from your bank.

Delivery
Transport options for end consumers in EU are:

GLS  - delivery by transport service the 2-3 days after submission of the shipment, depending on your country.

We send shipments 1-2 working days after receiving the payment, often already on the day of crediting the payment or receiving the order by cash on delivery. We will inform you by email about the dispatch of the shipment.

Easy choice

You choose the method of payment and shipping before the final shipment of the order (shopping cart) from a clear list where the amounts are shown and whether you are entitled to free shipping is recalculated.You will see the final price before sending the order.

Shipping abroad: we ship goods to most EU countries, the shipping price is from €4.5 to €12 depending on the country of delivery. You will see the shipping price in the basket after selecting the country of delivery and selecting the carrier (GLS). We do not ship to countries outside the EU, islands and countries with high shipping costs (Ireland, Greece, Finland).

Delivery dates
In the case of bank transfer - collection. We send it after crediting the payment to the account. (The bank transfer usually takes 1-2 WORKING days depending on your bank). We ship the goods 1-2 working days after receipt of payment to the account, often on the same day of receipt of payment.

The mentioned deadlines may be extended exceptionally due to a holiday - if this situation occurs, customers are informed about it on the operator's website.

 If the goods are not available, you will be informed immediately and we will agree on a possible change of the ordered goods, or cancellation of the order or extension of the delivery period. In case of cancellation of the order, when the goods have already been paid for in any form, within 3 days the entire amount will be transferred back to your account, including the calculated postage.

If you have been notified that the shipment has been sent, but the goods have not arrived in the following days, please contact your post office / carrier.
If the shipment does not arrive within 14 days of being sent by the seller, the seller files a complaint about the delivery of the shipment at the relevant business location of the spipping company. Claims for delivery take 30 days to process.

Shipping damage
(1) If the seller is to ship the thing, he will hand over the thing to the buyer by handing it over to the first carrier for transportation for the buyer and enable the buyer to exercise the rights of the contract of carriage against the carrier.

(2) If the buyer is a consumer, subsection (1) applies only if the carrier has designated the buyer without being offered by the seller. Otherwise, the item is handed over to the buyer when the carrier hands it over to him.

Please check that the packaging is undamaged when receiving the shipment. The carrier is responsible for damage to the goods during transport. In the event that the shipment is delivered damaged, it is necessary for the recipient to write a complaint protocol with the carrier. According to § 2021, paragraph 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the risk of damage passes to the buyer upon acceptance of the item.
